Track Your Packages 📦
You can track your packages with ease by using your Customer Portal also called the dashboard. The dashboard provides real-time updates on the status of each package that was delivered to our US warehouse and takes you through the process each package have to go through before it is ready for pick up or delivery here in Jamaica.
Free Delivery 🚚
We offer free delivery to Castleton, Annotto Bay, Buff Bay and Hope Bay, Port Antonio and Halfway Tree. If you live or work in any of these areas, then you can put in a request for delivery through our WhatsApp number and received your packages right at your doorstep.
Email Notification 📧
Important information and package updates are sent to the email you use to sign up. Emails are sent out at important juncture of the package journey from the point the package has been delivered to or warehouse until the point it has been delivered to our pick up location here in Jamaica. Stay informed about exclusive deals, offers and crucial information that can enhance your experience with us.
US Standard Air Freight🛫
We also have standard Air freight 3x per week for person who are in no rush to receive their packages. This service usually last 5 to 7 days after the package has been delivered to our US warehouse. The service generally cost less than the express service but is just as reliable and secure.
Delivery Drop Box 📥
There is a Drop Box in place at our US warehouse. This is you facilitate packages that were delivered after closing hours, on the weekend or on a public holidays. Although the drop box is in place, packages will not be updated to your dashboard until the next business day at which time they will be processed to be shipped.
Credit Card Service 💳
You don't have a credit card? No Problem, use Ours. Our customers can shop on their favourite website by using our credit card in exchange for cash. You can contact us via Whatsapp for more details.
Loyalty and Referral Program 👭
Stay tuned for our Loyalty and Referral Program that will be launching soon. Your Loyalty or Referral points can be used in exchange for cash when collecting your packages.
Barrel Packing Services 🛢️
Don't have a relative or a friend in the US? That's ok, we here at Swift Dreams Courier Services offers the ultimate barrel Packing services tailored to your customers' needs. You can source the products, send them to our warehouse and we pack that barrel for you or we can source them for you too. Our team uses high quality materials to secure your items whilst providing maximum protection during transit. Safety, efficiency and reliable services being our main priority we can guarantee you a peace of mind. If you have a loved one living in the US and would like to send a barrel to you, no worries, we offer local pick up, depending on the volume at an additional cost of course. Pick-ups are usually done on a Wednesday.
