Yes we do island wide delivery through Zipmail and Knutsford Express. We also offer FREE delivery in Castleton, Annotto Bay, Buff Bay and Hope Bay. We are also looking to extend this service to Half Way Tree as well.

Once packages are delivered to our US Warehouse, it takes your packages 24 to 48 hours to arrive in Jamaica. We do not do shipments on the weekend, so packages delivered on a Saturday or Sunday with be shipped off on a Monday and it will take 24 to 48 hours from the date shipped to arrived in Jamaica.

Your package was delivered while our US warehouse was closed? No worries, we have a drop bin available for all packages that were delivered after closing hours, but that package will not be uploaded to your customer portal until the next business day.

All packages can be tracked through your customer Portal from the point it has been delivered to our US warehouse to the point it is ready for Pick Up at our office.

All packages have Fourteen (14) days to be collected from the point they are marked "Ready for Pick up" to be collected before a storage fee of $100 per day is added to it.

Yes you do. All invoices are due and MUST be submitted once the package has been delivered to the warehouse and uploaded to your Customer Portal or before it arrives in Jamaica. An invoice is required by customs for all packages as a means to declare the content of each package. This is to ensure compliance with customs regulations and protect our customers from fraudulent claims. Each invoice should contains the Order or Tracking Number, Description of items with cost and the breakdown of the total paid at check out. Invoices are not only important for custom clearance but it also protect customers by ensuring that the packages are only claimed by the rightful owner if it should go into the unknown or lost packages.

All customers shipping with Swift Dreams Courier Services are required to declare the contents of their packages by submitting a complete invoice as this process is to ensures compliance with customs regulations. All invoices must be submitted once the package has arrived at our US warehouse but before it reaches Jamaica. Consequences of Missing Invoices includes but is not limited to your packages being more likely to be detained, resulting in a clearance fee. If Swift Dreams Courier Services clears a package from customs without an invoice, the customer is still required to submit the necessary information is prevent unnecessary delays and charges. If package is cleared without an invoice, storage fee will still apply after 14 days.

We accept payments through direct deposit, bank transfer and cash. Ensure when doing direct deposit or bank transfer the correct Swift Dreams member is attached to the receipt as a means to track and verify the payment. Our account information can be found on the bottom of all invoice and payments MUST be made before 9:00 am on the day delivery was requested. No Payment will be collected at any of our delivery location and NO delivery will be carried out is payment is not made in full by the specified time.

Unfortunately, invoices are not sent to your email. This was purposefully done. To find your total amount due all you have to do is log into your Swift Dreams Customer Portal. Once logged in you with see your total amount due as well as any store credit you may have earn. To find the invoice for a particular package you will have to scroll down until you find the package you are searching for, you then select that package which will bring you onto a next page that gives you detailed information on that package. On that page you will also find the invoice attached, select the invoice and it will prompt you to download it. Download and view as desired.
