You can track your packages with ease by using your Customer Portal also called the dashboard. The dashboard provides real-time updates on the status of each package that was delivered to our US warehouse and takes you through the process each package have to go through before it is ready for pick up or delivery here in Jamaica.
We offer free delivery to Castleton, Annotto Bay, Buff Bay and Hope Bay, Port Antonio and Halfway Tree. If you live or work in any of these areas, then you can put in a request for delivery through our WhatsApp number and received your packages right at your doorstep.
Important information and package updates are sent to the email you use to sign up. Emails are sent out at important juncture of the package journey from the point the package has been delivered to or warehouse until the point it has been delivered to our pick up location here in Jamaica. Stay informed about exclusive deals, offers and crucial information that can enhance your experience with us.
We do US Express Air Freight 5x per week. Enjoy the convenience of your packages being available for pick up within 24 to 48 hours after it has been delivered to our US warehouse. To gain access to this service all you have to do is to login to your Customer Portal and select shipping address, now enter this address exactly as you see it on your dashboard to your preferred shopping site to be used whenever you make an order. Packages that were delivered on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day, and the 24 to 48 hours will not be applicable.
We also have standard Air freight 3x per week for person who are in no rush to receive their packages. This service usually last 5 to 7 days after the package has been delivered to our US warehouse. The service generally cost less than the express service but is just as reliable and secure.
There is a Drop Box in place at our US warehouse. This is you facilitate packages that were delivered after closing hours, on the weekend or on a public holidays. Although the drop box is in place, packages will not be updated to your dashboard until the next business day at which time they will be processed to be shipped.
